Here are my favorite places to surf in my home state of California:

Oceanside, San Diego
Sands Beach, Santa Barbara
Steamers Lane, Santa Cruz
Manhattan Beach

You need to check out these amazing beaches sometime.

ROSCARS: BEST ROMANTIC SCENE (VOTE FOR FEMI!)

There was a lot of Bromance going on, but also some romance this season... That's why I've selected a scene in which Femi spends quality time with his girlfriend as the season's most romantic. Femi took some time with his on-again-off-again g.f. in the episode where I visited his hometown in Florida.

Since we’re in the middle of awards season, Celebuzz came up with the Roscars - awarding the most memorable highs and lows of your favorite reality shows based on your votes!

Celebuzz is giving us the chance to vote on our favorite moments from The Hills, Keeping Up with the Kardashians, The Girls Next Door, Millionaire Matchmaker, Flipping Out and (most importantly) my show Bromance!

The categories are as follows:

Best Fight
Best Comedic Moment
Best Dramatic Moment
Least Glamorous Moment
Best Romantic Moment
Best Kiss

I SCORED THE WINNING TOUCHDOWN!

At the Direct TV flag football game this weekend, I teamed up with Frankie, Doug, Kourtney, Khloe, Adrienne, Jayde and Kim's boyfriend Reggie Bush was the coach. We played against the team coached by Eli Manning.

I won the game for the team by faking out Vince Young and Warren Moon and got the winning touchdown!

I'm still in disbelief. That was a fun day.
